"Sick and Tired" is a song by American popsinger Anastacia. The song can be found on her 2004 studio album Anastacia. It is her second single from her Anastacia album. The song is a fusion of soul, pop and rock. Anastacia calls it "sprock". The intro features a sample from, or at least sounds strikingly similar to the intro of Hurricane by Lisa Loeb.

Shot in Los Angeles USA on May 25th 2004, the music video for "Sick and Tired" was her first that was directed by Phillip Stölzl.

When the video begins, Anastacia is shown applying for a role and she introduces herself as Sara Forest and she plays Holly in the film she auditioning for. Throughout the video, Anastacia is performing the song in a small room with her band. In between you can see black-and-white scenes from the rehearsal in which their relationship is the base. At first they fall in love, but after many dates, the boyfriend hits her, they split up and she wants him to leave.
