Sibiloi National Park

Sibiloi National Park lies on the eastern shore of Lake Turkana in northern Kenya. It covers more than 1,500kmĀ² and is known for its fossils.
The most famous remains are early human fossils of Homo habilis and Homo erectus, which were found by teams directed by Richard Leakey. Some fossils in the park are on display, while it remains home to a research base.
