Sibila Vargas is a CNN entertainment reporter.

A cum laude graduate of Long Island University, Vargas got her start in broadcasting at WPIX-TV in New York as a writer and producer. She also worked the local news for WB11 KPLR-TV, in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Vargas joined CNN in March 2004 as an entertainment correspondent for CNN's Los Angeles bureau. and is also a regular guest on American Morning's "90 Second Pop" and Anderson Cooper 360°.
