[edit] Main duties
Is the Si6 charged also with counter-cyberterrorism duties? OneEuropeanHeart 06:09, 14 January 2006 (UTC)
- Hi, sorry for taking so long. Ok, well, we are not 'charged' with anything, because we define ourselves the areas we want to research on. The first answer is no. We didn't want to research on counter-cyberterrorism, but we know for sure, some of our theories and tools can and will be used in counter-cyberterrorism, because they will be licenced under GPL and a lot of people will be able to use them.
- In fact, it depends on what you mean with counter-cyberterrorism. I think information warfare is a better aproach. Some of our researches may be usefull in that area. Note that they will be usefull under some very specific conditions. eldraco 12:05, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

- Thanks for the link. In my opinion the name Si6 refers to Seguridad Informática, Sección 6, but I'm not sure. --OneEuropeanHeart 04:45, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
