Shut Up and Dance (The Dance Mixes) was Paula Abdul's second album release in 1990. It contained dance remixes of songs from Forever Your Girl and one medley. The album was another success for Abdul but did not match the success of Forever Your Girl and went Platinum (1.5 million worldwide) in July 1990. The peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200.
