[edit] Ethics of Shun Tao Hu Kung Fu

"Shun Tao Hu" can be freely translated as "The way of the Tiger". It is a modern system/style which mirrors the complexity of the human being. It is deeply based on the traditional Kung Fu styles and combines the tradition (Shaolin Tiger Kung Fu) with self-defense, modern techniques and full contact sparring (San Shou).

In some areas, Shun Tao Hu has "borrowed" a few techniques from other martial arts, depending on their area of expertise. For example, by training Shun Tao Hu, some will eventually learn, besides Tiger based Kung Fu, throws and locks from Ju-Jitsu for ground combat, and some kicking techniques from traditional Tae Kwon Do.

Nevertheless, the basics of the system is Chinese, inspired by the Tiger System.

Through Shun Tao Hu, someone will also learn the existence and control of the Chi (Prana) by training in Hatha Yoga and using meditation.

Sifu and master instructor for Shun Tao Hu worldwide is Andreas Provelegios, Athens Greece.
