Shuichi Aki (赤井秀一), is a fictional character in the anime series Case Closed.
Shuichi first appears to Conan as a mysterious man, and is first introduced in episoses 230-231(the same time as Vermouth). He is confirmed to be an FBI agent in episode 345, and his main weapon appears to be sniper which he is quite skilled with(can shoot beyond 600 yds). He's responsible for the death of the BO member Calvados, as well as helps stop Vermouth from killing Jodie. He also appears to have some rivalry with Gin, as well as a possible connection to Akemi, Ai's older sister. He is reffered to Gin to be very dangerous, and is thought of as the Silver Bullet that will destroy the Black Organization(though, Vermouth believes it to be Conan).

In Episode 425, Shuichi's sniper rivals in the BO appear to be a woman named Chianti, and an older man named Korn who appears to be just as skilled as he is. The fact that Chianti is Calvados sister, the member he caused to commit suicide, may foreshadow an intense rivalry bewteen the two in the future. Currently, Gin appears to be his main rival and sees him as a threat to the BO.
