Shri. Vysyaraju Kasi Viswanatham Raju was the First M.L.A(Member of Legislative Assembly) of Berhampur city located in the Ganjam district of Orissa.

Big Bazaar, the most famous street(for Business purposes) of Berhampur has been re-christened to "Kasi Raju Marg" in fond memorance to Late. Shri. Vysyaraju Kasi Viswanatham Raju.
