Shree Lal Joshi

Shree Lal Joshi is well known artist of Phad Painting .He hails from Bhilwara District of Rajasthan .The Phad painting is a kind of painting wherein the activities of folk heroes are shown on a long cloth. The natural hand made colours are used in these paintings.

He was awarded Padma Shri award in 2006 by Government of India for his contribution to arts.
