Shpat Kasapi is an Albanian singer born in Tetovo, Republic of Macedonia. He has performed since the age of 10. His first significant appearance was at the Bletzat 97 festival, which he won. Since then, he has also taken part in other festivals, among them Nota Fest 2000.

His biggest his has been the single Fisnike. Other hits have been Axhamiu, Pa t'y s'jetoj and Kush te ndau prej meje.
