Well, i suppose not all of us can have a sense of humor about april fools day... --DiabloMan8890 04:15, 1 Apr 2005 (UTC)

I have blocked you indefinitely for vandalising Wikipedia after being warned, specifically 2005 Melbourne Cup. Ambi 04:38, 3 November 2005 (UTC)

Interesting concept, give a warning, then block for the same edit. Please note my contributions as I have done a single edit to that particular page. 07:08, 3 November 2005 (UTC)

Anonymous vandalism still counts against you, I'm afraid. We're not that stupid. Ambi 10:08, 3 November 2005 (UTC)
What the?? Can you please tell me what article/edit you are talking about then? I haven't done an anonymous edit in months on the rare occasions i've let my login cookies expires and didn't notice. Shogun 23:07, 3 November 2005 (UTC)
Ok just tried an edit in a couple of random location and its giving me a can't edit for 'repeated vandalism after being warned; anon sockpuppeteering'. Which I found very confusing, now after digging around I can only assume you are accusing me of the later edits to the 2005 melbourne cup page by 60.240.170.25 and 203.87.43.208. The initial edit which you warned me about was me, though calling it vandalism is maybe a little far fetched as the only people who would have seen it was whoever came along in the next couple of minutes to put in the rest of the results (as evinced by the talk page). The later edits by random people who either put back my silly results or their own variant thereof were NOT me. On what basis do you think I would put that there again, especially as the more complete results had been put up by that point anyway? Shogun 00:46, 4 November 2005 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Dale Begg-Smith, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This warning is for claiming that Dale Begg-Smith is associated with spyware and giving Haiti sets new date for election as a citation. Andjam 02:51, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

I find your claim that you were intending to add [1] suspicious considering that it was already in the article. I'm also uninclined to trust the word of someone who deletes previous vandalism warnings. Can you also explain why you said Where does the sandwich related vandalism that keeps being added come from? in the article talk page? It sounds like boasting. Also, was your failure to sign on my talk page accidental? Thanks, Andjam 03:13, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
I added the citation directly next to it as it i felt it is currently contentious and a reference would be a good idea to be linked directly next to it. As for the sandwich thing, I simply want to know what it is, I have nothing to do that (I categorically do not do anonymous edits). Oh and the lack of the signature was accidental, I added a signature about 30 seconds after I intially added my comments, so you probably missed it. Shogun 03:20, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
(I still can't see the signature - are you sure it was added? Wikipedia's been acting a bit wonky lately) What is sandwich vandalism? Inserting the word sandwich? Also, with images, have you considered uploading to wikimedia commons rather than to English-language wikipedia, so that it can be used in any wikipedia? Thanks, Andjam 03:58, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
Ah I think I got a Sorry! We could not process your edit due to a loss of session data. Please try again. If it still doesn't work, try logging out and logging back in. when I first added it, I just got another when when I tried again just now. The sandwich vandalism relates to adding sections claiming he likes sandwiches... Ok thanks for the tip for commons, I might move the things I've uploaded already. Only just realised before that I was uploading somewhere other than commons, always used the same upload location in the past as it worked.
If it helps, I got that same lost session message when editing the Begg-Smith article. I also earlier reverted a sandwich vandal who had put in 'Dale likes sandwiches' into the references. -- Blorg 09:44, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
Ok quick question, I assume (?) an image uploaded into commons will be accessible by the same image tag as an image uploaded to wikipedia. Therefore I assume that [2] is overriding [3]... How do I get rid of the wikipedia copy? Shogun 10:52, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
I guess you could put the en.wikipedia version up for deletion. Since it's not needed, it'll probably be deleted fairly quickly. Andjam 13:20, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Caterpillar D9

its not POV to state facts... Not all palestinians that israel has used D9 caterpillars against have been terrorists... but they have all been palestinians —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 169.232.100.90 (talkcontribs).

That may be the case but I doubt its the reason they are deployed. Your last change is an improvement on the POVness of your initial ones however I've fixed it a little more. Shogun 00:42, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Steve Irwin Memorial Site

Hi Shogun. I just can't see justification for removing the Steve Irwin memorial site. I've commented further on the talk page. Disclaimer: I have no association to the people making the site, I don't even know who they are. Robert Brockway 14:27, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
