Shmuel Hasfari is an Israeli playwright and screenwriter, author of such plays as "Kidush", "Shivaa", "Hamets", "Acordionim", "Tashmad" and "Milano". His play "The Master of the House" (In Hebrew: "Eeshah. Ba-al. Bayit.") 2003 Award-winner for Best Play in Israel, is slated to receive its American Premiere at the Laguna Playhouse in March 2007. He is married to actress Hanna Azulai Hasfari.
