Shiv Nadar is the CEO of Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL), a large information technology company in India.

In the 2000 Forbes List of Billionaires, he was ranked the 126th richest person in the world with an estimated personal net worth $3.7 billion.

He is Nicknamed Magus, Persian for Wizard.

Nadar is from Moolaipozhi Village, Trichendur, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu.
