Shireen M. Mazari

Dr. Shireen M. Mazari is a noted scholar of Strategic Studies and Political Science from Pakistan. Currently, she is Director-General of a research think tank called Institute of Strategic Studies (Islamabad, Pakistan).

Dr. Shireen Mazari has formerly served as Associate Professor and then Chairperson of Dept. of Defense and Strategic Studies at the Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. She is a well known writer and is considered a little hard liner. She received her Ph.D in Political Science from Columbia University, New York and Honors from London School of Economics and Political Science.
