Kiyonobu Inoue aka Inoran (b. September 29, 1970) is a Japanese musician from Hadano, Kanagawa Prefecture. He is one of the former guitarists and founding member of the band Luna Sea and former guitarist of FAKE?. He quit from FAKE? and founded Tourbillon with former Luna Sea vocalist Ryuichi Kawamura.

Inoran was best known for his former appartenance to the band Luna Sea. While being in the band he was on rhythm guitar.
