The Shin-Keisei Electric Railway (新京成電鉄 Shin-Keisei Dentetsu, Shin-Keisei Dentetu) is a private railway in Chiba, Japan. It connects Narashino and Matsudo.

It is a subsidary of Keisei Electric Railway.
