Sherwood Rural Municipality Number 159 is a rural municipality in southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada. It encircles and is an exurb of the city of Regina, the provincial capital. Sherwood is part of the Regina Census Metropolitan Area and the Regina Qu'Appelle Regional Health Authority Health Region.

Sherwood takes up 719.46 square kilometers, boasting heavy clay soils making it one of the richest farming areas in the province. The Wascana Valley crosses through Sherwood.

An industrial park, the Sherwood Industrial Park, is a home to the steel manufacturer Ipsco, agricultural implement manufacturers and dealerships, trucking companies, and medical hazardous waste disposal facilities.

As of the Canada 2001 Census, the municipality had a population of 1054, up 2 from the 1996 count of 1052. Sherwood's median annual household income of $55,566 is much higher than both Saskatchewan's median of $40,251 and the neighbouring city of Regina's median of $46,847.
