The Sherman Hill Neighborhood Historic District is a historic neighborhood located in Des Moines, Iowa. The district encompasses 800 acres and 210 buildings and is bounded by 15th Street, Woodland Avenue, Martin Luther King Parkway and School Street.

Sherman Hill took its name from the mansion built in the area by Hoyt Sherman. It is famous locally for its ornate Victorian residences, many of which have been restored by their owners.
