Sheraton Hotels and Resorts Hawai'i is a Hawai'i subsidiary of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide under the Sheraton brand name. Based in Honolulu, the corporate group administers and manages the seven Sheraton Hotels and Resorts on the islands of Kaua'i, O'ahu, Mau'i and the Big Island of Hawai'i. The flagship hotel and resort is the Moana Surfrider Hotel in Waikīkī, the first of the hotels to be built. The other hotels and resorts in Waikīkī are the Princess Kai'ulani Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Hotel and the Waikīkī Hotel. Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa is in Kona on the Big Island while the Sheraton Mau'i is at Ka'anapali Beach. The Sheraton Kaua'i Resort was renovated after being destroyed by Hurricane Iniki on September 11, 1992.
