Shenzhen Airlines is a domestic budget airline based in Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport, Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China.

The airline was established in October 1992 and started operations on 13 September 1993. It was formed by the CAAC and Shenzhen government, with financial participation by Air China, Overseas Chinese City Economic Development Corporation, Bank of China and Shenzen South Tongfa Industrial Corporation. It is one of the most profitable airlines in China. It is currently owned by Guangdong Development Bank (65%), CNAC (Air China) (25%) and Shenzen Investment Management (10%).
In 2004 it founded, with German partners Lufthansa Cargo and DEG, the international cargo airline Jade Cargo International which will start operations in September 2005. Shenzhen Airlines owns a 51% stake in the cargo airline.
On 10 June 2005 Boeing handed over the first Boeing 737-900 to Shenzen Airlines in Seattle. It was the first of five to be delivered during 2005 for operation on domestic and regional routes. Shenzen is the first Chinese airline to order the Boeing 737-900 and this is the airline's first direct delivery from Boeing (ref: Air International, July 2005).

- Domestic scheduled destinations: Beihai, Beijing, Changchun, Changde, Changsha, Changzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian, Dayong, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Guilin, Guiyang, Haikou, Hangzhou, Harbin, Hefei, Huangyan, Jinan, Kunming, Lanzhou, Lijiang City, Longyan, Nanchang, Nanjing, Nanning, Qingdao, Sanya, Shanghai, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Tianjin, Tunxi, Urumqi, Wenzhou, Wuhan, Wuxi, Wuyishan, Xian, Xiamen, Xiangfan, Yichang, Yinchuan, Zhanjiang and Zhengzhou.
- International scheduled destinations: Kuala Lumpur, Seoul.

The Shenzen Airlines fleet consists of the following aircraft (at August 2006) [2]:
- 2 Airbus A319-100 (plus 1 on order)
- 1 Airbus A320-200 (plus 18 on order)
- 9 Boeing 737-300
- 10 Boeing 737-700
- 8 Boeing 737-800 (plus 5 on order)
- 5 Boeing 737-900
On 12 April 2005 the airline signed a deal ordering 3 Airbus A319 and 3 Airbus A320 aircraft.
