Shenyang Imperial Palace

Shenyang Imperial Palace or Mukden Palace was the imperial capital located in Shenyang, China in Liaoning Province. built by the Qing in 1624 under orders of Nuerhachi and Huangtaiji starting in 1559 and remained the royal residence until the Qing moved to Beijing. The palace coveres 70,000 square metres with 70 buildings and a total of 300 rooms.

Buildings in the palace include:

  • Dazheng (Grand Politics) Hall
  • 10 Banner Pavilions
