Sheng Kung Hui Tsing Yi Chu Yan Primary School (聖公會青衣主恩小學) is a primary school in Cheung Wang Estate on the Tsing Yi Island of Hong Kong. Founded by Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui, the Anglican Church in Hong Kong, the school was originially the morning school of Sheng Kung Hui Chu Yan Primary School in Kwai Shing West Estate of Kwai Chung, a school dating back to 1961 in Tai Wo Hau. In September 2002, the morning school turned into a whole-day school and was moved to a new school building in Cheung Wang Estate near Liu To Road.
