Sheng Kung Hui Ho Chak Wan Primary School (聖公會何澤芸小學) is a primary school in Cheung Hang Estate on the Tsing Yi Island of Hong Kong. Open in 1993, the school is founded by Anglican Church, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui. The school was initially divided into morning school and afternoon. In 2000, both morning school and afternoon school was transformed into whole-day schools. The morning school stayed in the school building in Cheung Hang Estate while the afternoon was relocated a new building in Tsing Yi Estate and renamed to Sheng Kung Hui Tsing Yi Estate Ho Chak Wan Primary School.
