Shellbrook, Saskatchewan is a community in Saskatchewan, Canada west of Prince Albert

This community had a post office which started out with the name Shell Brook, District of Saskatchewan, North West Territories in 1894-12-01. The mail was distributed from the location of Section 12, Township 49, Range 4, West of the 3rd Meridian. In 1905, the province of Saskatchewan was formed, and the post office name was Shell Brook, Saskatchewan. As of 1948-12-09, the post office changed names to Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.
In 1925, Shellbrook was located on the Blaine Lake Branch, Canadian National Railways, and Big River Branch, Canadian National Railways.
