What exactly to you mean by went to wikimedia - give us a URL so we know what you are talking about. The Wikimedia Foundation is the organisation that runs a load of wikis including this one. Perhaps you meant Meta-wiki which explains itself on that page.

Please do not edit on multiple accounts. It will get you blocked. And apparently, "Can't Nobody Step To Me" is not your account, it is someone elses (specifically your brother's account as you stated at User talk:CertifiedGangsta). That is even worse. If you want to retain your privileges to edit on Wikipedia, do not hack into your brother's account and edit under his name. I am advising that you refrain from creating Category:Yung Joc albums. According to the Yung Joc article, the subject has released one album, this would make the category pointless. You don't get it. This block is being carried over from an admitted sockpuppet account. Both accounts have the same email address registered with them. That email address has been used as part of a personal attack campaign as mentioned in the block explanation I placed above.
