One line makes it sound like the Irish government made planes going to other countries stop at Shannon even if they weren't going to Ireland. Could this be clarified? How could this be enforced if they weren't overflying Ireland? Rlevse 18:39, 8 December 2005 (UTC)

I think this article could benefit from a (small) map- does anyone agree?
