Shaye are a Canadian pop group, consisting of singer-songwriters Kim Stockwood, Damhnait Doyle and Tara MacLean.

They are named after MacLean's sister Shaye Martirano, who was killed in May 2002 when a truck struck her parked car.

All three members of Shaye have solo careers in addition to being members of the group. Their debut album, The Bridge, was released in 2003. The lead single Happy Baby was nominated for the Juno Award for Single of the Year in 2004.

Their second album, Lake Of Fire, was due out November 7th 2006. It has been delayed until Feb 2007.
