Shawn Betts

Shawn Betts is a Canadian computer programmer who is the author of the ratpoison and Stumpwm X11 X window managers, as well as the conkeror web browser. He is also the coauthor of nethack-el, an Emacs interface to the rogue-like game Nethack and a Common Lisp clone of Emacs for Movitz called LiCE.
