Shaun Spiers (born 1962) is the Chief Executive of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) and was formerly a Labour Member of the European Parliament for London.

Spiers studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at St. John's College, Oxford and has a Masters in War Studies from King's College London. A keen cooperator, he served on the Co-operative Wholesale Society South East committee 1987-94.

In 1994 Spiers was elected to the European Parliament for London South East. He served on the Agriculture and Rural Services committee. He was not re-elected in 1999 under the list system, and became Chief Executive of the Association of British Credit Unions Limited (ABCUL) which represents the vast majority of credit unions in Great Britain.

Speirs has been Chief Executive of CPRE since 2004.
