Shaun McManus
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Shaun McManus (born February 9, 1976) is an Australian rules footballer. He is widely seen as an icon of the Fremantle Football Club, and some artists' representations of the current team mascot, "Johnny Docker", appear to resemble McManus.
He was a player in the club's inaugural season in the AFL, 1995, and a co-club captain in 2000 and 2001.
McManus has been a hard-working and consistent midfielder over the years, but struggled for selection in 2005. In 2006, McManus showed a return to form, playing 22 games including 3 finals.
He is a cousin of comedian Rove McManus.
