Sharon Mae Disney (December 21, 1936 - February 16, 1993) was the daughter of entertainer Walt Disney and wife, Lillian Bounds. She was adopted and born three years after her older sister Diane Diane was not adopted.
Sharon's first husband (Bob Brown) died of cancer one year after her father died from lung cancer. She then married William Lund.[1].
Sharon and her first husband Robert Brown had a daughter named Victoria Brown. She was very young when her father passed away. Sharon's second husband adopted Victoria as she is now known as Victoria Lund (Victoria was born just before her grandfather's death). She has a brother Brad, a sister Michelle Lund and step sisters Cameron Lund, Kristen Lund Olson, and Karen Lund Page.
Although Victoria lost her own health battles at age 36, she continues her generosity through the foundation created in her name – The Victoria Lund Foundation. The newly formed foundation has already funded the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine’s Healthy Kids program at Arthur M. Hamilton Elementary School, Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix and The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation.
Sharon died of lung cancer, like her father at age 56 on February 16, 1993. Although not interned at her family's grave site, her name is listed with her parents and husband, reading "Sharon Disney Brown Lund: Ashes Scattered in Paradise".
