Shanghai, West Virginia

Shanghai is an unincorporated town in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The town is nestled in Back Creek Valley between Leading Ridge and North Mountain. Shanghai lies at the junction of County Routes 7 and 15 (Tuscarora Pike).
