Shane Meier (born June 11, 1977 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a Canadian actor who played the title role in The Matthew Shepard Story, a TV movie about the life and murder of Matthew Shepard. He looks extremely similar to Shepard, although is slightly taller.

He has appeared in more than 50 other films and television programs, including MacGyver.
