Shane Keough

Shane Keough is an outfielder in the Oakland Athletics farm system. Keough appeared in the Bravo reality show The Real Housewives of Orange County, in which his mother, Jeana Keough, was one of the featured "housewives".

Keough is the oldest child of Matt Keough, a former pitcher for the Oakland A's and current executive with the team, and Jeana Keough, a former model, actress and Playboy Playmate who is now a realtor for RE/MAX in Coto de Caza, California. His younger sister, Kara, is a high school student and volleyball player. Keough's youngest brother, Colton, also plays baseball.

Keough entered the MLB Draft in 2005 and was drafted by the A's as a draft-and-follow[1][2] pick. He attended Yavapai College[3] in Arizona and was signed by the A's in June, 2006. He currently plays outfield for the Phoenix Athletics in the Arizona League. Besides Shane's father, his grandfather Marty and great-uncle Joe have both played in the major leagues.
