Shah Nur ad-Din Ni'matullah Vali was a Sufi shaykh, and later saint. He was born in Aleppo in 1406. He moved to Mahan, a village outside Kerman, and established an order of dervishes. He died in 1431 aged over 100. A shrine was erected in Mahan in his honour.
