"Shadow Play" is a 1986 episode of The Twilight Zone.

Peter Coyote plays a man convinced that reality as we perceive it, is dependent on his staying alive. We are all part of his imagination. There's just one dilemma, he's just been sentenced to be executed. A remake of the original episode that starred Dennis Weaver.
