Shadikor Dam

Shadikor Dam is a dam in the Baluchistan province of Pakistan near the settlement of Pasni City. The 25-metre-high, 147-metre-long dam was built in 2003 at a cost of 45 million rupees (758,853 dollars) for irrigation purposes. It was the subject of media attention in 2005 when it burst its banks causing devastation to over 50,000 inhabitants in the region.
