SFR

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

SFR (Société Française de Radiotéléphonie, no longer expanded) is a French mobile phone company. It has 17 million clients, including over 1.5 million using 3G (or UMTS) technology. Along with Bouygues Télécom and Orange SA, it was ordered to pay 535 millions Euros by way of fine for the formation of an illegal cartel (see Le Canard Enchaîné). (This decision is being appealed).
