Sex and Death 101 is a dark comedy written and directed by Daniel Waters set for release in 2007.

Roderick Blank's life is turned upside down when he receives an email with the names of all the people he's had sex with in the past and will have sex with in the future. He becomes obsessed with the list and finds himself the target of a femme fatale calling herself Death Nell... whose name is not on the mysterious list.

This film marks the reunion of writer-director Daniel Waters and Winona Ryder, who previously worked on 1989's Heathers, written by Waters.
