Sewardstone is a place in the Epping Forest district of Essex, England.
It is located 11.6 miles (18.7 km) north north-east of Charing Cross in London and the only area outside Greater London to be part of a London postal code, E4. The area consists of scattered development with large sections of open land. The King George's Reservoir forms the boundary with the London Borough of Enfield to the west and a section of woodland forms the boundary with the London Borough of Waltham Forest to the south.
