Seth Hall (not to be confused with the actor of the same name) was born in 1979 in Zanesville, Ohio, in the United States.

He has served in the United States Navy as a Seabee and as a Gas Turbine Technician throughout the early years of the Global War on Terror. He has also served in Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and other places around the world. He has visited nearly every European nation at least once.

His military decorations include the Combat Action Ribbon, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, Presidential Unit Citation, United Nations Medal, NATO Medal, Kosovo Campaign Medal, Navy Marksman (Rifle), Navy Marksman (Pistol), Good Conduct Medal, Navy Unit Commendation and others.
