Settlement City Shopping Centre is a shopping centre in Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia. The centre is adjacent to the local franchise of the Panthers Rugby League Club. Originally opening in 1984, the centre underwent significant renovations in 1995 and again in 2000. It is currently owned by ING Group. The centre features a BIG W, Woolworths and about 65 stores.

The centre incorporates a terminal for the local bus operators. Additionally the centre includes approximately 1300 car parking spaces.
