Seth Wescott (born June 28, 1976 in Durham, North Carolina) is an American snowboarder. Wescott lives near Farmington, Maine and has trained in the mountains near Cordova, Alaska at times. He began skiing at age eight, before turning to snowboarding at age ten. In 1989, after competing in both sports for a few years, he stopped skiing to focus mainly on snowboarding. Wescott has competed in the X Games and he became involved in Snowboard Cross in 1997, going on to win a gold medal at its 2006 Winter Olympics debut in Turin, Italy.
Wescott's current girlfriend is Tanja Frieden, the women's Snowboard Cross gold medalist at the 2006 Winter Olympics.
Wescott's mother, Margaret Gould-Wescott, teaches modern dance at the University of Maine at Farmington.
