Serpent of the Evil River is a season 2 episode of Courage the Cowardly Dog about an evil ship captain searching for an underwater serpent.

On a so-called relaxing cruise, the ship captain turns on the Bagges, forcing them to become his crew. He is searching for Carmen of the Evil River. When she turns out to be harmless, Courage defends her from the evil ship captain.
