The town centre (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Serooskerke in the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland.

Serooskerke (51°42′N 3°49′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, and lies about 27 km northeast of Middelburg.

In 2001, the town of Serooskerke had 225 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.074 km2, and contained 99 residences.[1] The statistical area "Serooskerke", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 300.[2]
