Serginho, full name Sergio Claudio dos Santos (born June 27, 1971 in Rio de Janeiro) is a Brazilian footballer, who plays as a left winger and left-back for A.C. Milan. He moved there from São Paulo in 1999. He played for Cruzeiro EC and Vitoria Bahia as well. He has also been capped for the Brazilian national team. He played in the 2003 UEFA Champions League final and scored a penalty in the penalty shootout. He also played in the 2005 UEFA Champions League final and missed a penalty in the penalty shootout.
