Sergey Mikhaylov (Russian: Серге́й Миха́йлов) is a Russian businessman suspected to be the head of the Russian Mafia.

Solntsevskaya is a mafia grouping named after the part of Moscow, where it has its seat, Solntsevo. Interpol has named it as the most influential Russian grouping of organized crime. Sergey Mikhaylov had the title of honorary consul of Costa Rica. Mikhaylov was arrested in Vienna in 1998, deported to Russia and subsequently released.
