Sergey Lagutin

Sergey Lagutin (born 14 January 1981) is a professional road racing cyclist. In 2003, Lagutin became world champion—capturing the Under-23 men's road race. He represented Uzbekistan in the men's road race at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games. In 2005, he captured the Uzbekistan national road race and time trial championships. In 2006, he rides for the Navigators Insurance Cycling Team and has captured the Pro Cycling Tour (PCT) series championship.
