Serena St. Germaine is a character in the video game James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing. She is the primary "good" Bond Girl in the game and is voiced by Shannon Elizabeth.

Serena is an American geologist living in Peru, as well as an acquaintance of MI6 agent 003. She calls his house, and Bond, who is there to recruit 003 in a mission, answers the phone. Bond drives his Cayenne to the Hotel Americano, where Serena is staying. She shows Bond where Nikolai Diavolo's platinum mines are in Peru. While Bond investigates the mines, she is kidnapped by Dr. Katya Nadanova. Nadanova throws her off a cliff from a helicopter, but Bond saves her by getting to her in time and firing a rappel wire into the rock, slowing them down.

Later on, after Bond saves New Orleans from destruction, he returns to Peru where Diavolo awaits. Bond wins a rally car race with Serena's assistance and she greets him at the finishing line with a kiss. They are both captured by Diavolo. Bond just escapes and leaps outside and catches hold of a helicopter rail - the helicopter which Serena is flying extremely well in.

Serena, presumably, helps Bond again by hacking into Diavolo's systems in Russia. Following the stereotype of Bond films, Bond and Serena meet up again and become lovers.
