[edit] The Books

[edit] Magyk

The first book is titled Magyk. The main plot revolves around a pauper-like family named Heap. There are seven children in the Heap family. Silas and Sarah Heap are the parents. Simon is the eldest son, with an ambition to be the ExtraOrdinary wizard. The other Heaps (In order from eldest to youngest) are Sam, Jo-Jo, twins Erik and Edd, and Jenna whom Silas Heap found in the snow on the day Septimus was born and supposedly died. The story centers around Jenna, a girl who is really a princess, but is passed off as the Heap's youngest daughter. On her tenth birthaday, it is revealed she is actually the princess and she is being tracked down by an evil Hunter. The evil Hunter is working for a Necromancer named DomDaniel, who is an ex-ExtraOrdinary Wizard. As the plot thickens, they encounter an army boy, Boy 412, who refuses to talk. But soon Boy 412 becomes a hero and realizes his destiny!

[edit] Flyte

In the second book, Flyte, Simon is working for DomDaniel (who is in Skeleton form). He kidnaps Jenna and brings her to his observatory. But she escapes back to the port. Septimus and Nicko are the only ones to go looking for her. They are told by the Witch Mother where Jenna is. When they reach the port they find Jenna. The plot swirls on from there, finishing with Simon accepting Septimus as his brother.

There is an edition of this book which contains a CD for a computer. This CD contains dragon hatching information, about the author (Angie Sage), Letters to and from Aunt Zelda, A game in which you have to capture sleuth, and more.

[edit] Physik

The third book has been named as Physik and will be released on April 1, 2007. The author hinted at her Naperville, Illinois author signing that it will have something to do with water. It could mean a big voyage.

[edit] Charms

In this book trilogy charms are small items on which spells are imprinted. They can range from ornate silver and gold medalians to bits of toast. According to many wizards it is recommended that you keep the charm until you are firmly comfortable with the spell. In the books not many charms are described but those that are are here. Please feel free to add any missed.

Fast Freeze Spell - Freezes anything in its position - Glass icicle
